My real estate career officially began in Manhattan in 2006 but long before I began building my real estate portfolio. As a first hand investor, I have gained an abundance of knowledge focused on the inner workings & mechanics of homes, financial costs, ROI, budgets, marketing and most importantly an understanding of people.  My experience learning and mentoring with folks smarter than myself was crucial to my success. This guided many of my next moves to adapt into one of the most vast, detailed & creatively strong negotiator's. 

Real Estate can be emotional &  transactional at the same time. It is my role as a "quarterback" to continually produce solutions for my clients. My goal is to adapt with every component and represent my client's with integrity.
